With extensive hands-on experience leading multidisciplinary teams and contractors, he brings a practical, safety-focused approach to coordinating engineering, construction, and operations while maintaining schedule, quality, regulatory, and operational requirements.

With a background in manufacturing engineering, human systems engineering, and engineering systems design, she brings a systems-focused approach to project execution that integrates technical requirements, stakeholder needs, quality, and organizational performance.
